I haven’t disappeared, just focusing all my current time and energy into writing a short film script for a screenwriting class I’m taking. Scary and exciting. Will get right back to my usual writing as soon as I’ve got to grips with this.

At 12am they spoke like lovers, hands interlaced and eyes blind to onlookers. Whiskey promises spill from rosy lips at 2am. A taxi shared at 4am and wrapped around each other at 6am. By 8am they’re strangers again.

Now in it’s second series, TV show Girls has proven to be a huge hit. Writer, Lena Dunham (she also stars in the show as lead character Hannah) is a sensation in both the USA and the UK and has found herself thrown into super stardom. Enjoying the show myself I decided to look into Lena Dunham’s previous work and came across the film she wrote and starred in, Tiny Furniture. If you’re a fan of Girls then this is for you.
